Accumulating the flow fluctuations from AODDs can be done with pulsation dampeners using one connection on a "T" because they stroke so slowly that there is enough time to flow up, stop, & come back out one pulsation dampener connection.
PLEASE SEE BELOW

Flow fluctuation accumulating, with viscous liquids requires a flow-through pulsation dampener configuration otherwise there is insufficient time, considering the "velocity drag", to flow in, stop, & come back out one of the pulsation dampeners connections.

A.O.D.D. Pump Pulsation Dampener Standard Installations
How to ensure lowest in place cost and most pulsation dampener performance by standard installation methods.
Pump 3 times farther with no greater air A.O.D.D. supply, make flow as smooth as a turbine, install Plastic or SS + Elastomer or "FlexFlon" pulsation dampeners.
Pulsation dampeners from PulseGuard are designed to address pressure pulsation, which is caused by the resistance of the system to flow. Therefore our pulsation dampeners focus on the system related responsibility and are less related to pump liability.
When you see a pulsation dampener or a pump of particular interest, please request literature dedicated to that subject.
A.O.D.D. PUMPS with PulseGuard Dampeners in
1. PLASTIC
2. STAINLESS (or A20, HC22, PVDF lined)
3. "FlexFlon"
4. FLO-THRU
Stainless + "FlexFlon" please go the FlexOrber SS/LP range price list of off the shelf inventory items, dimensions, weights and drawing.
Single connection pulse dampeners are also available, but flow-thru is standard. Single connection is more costly. You can always take a 2 connection and use one & the other for system drain.
Plastic + "FlexFlon" please go to the FlexOrber PLAS range price list of off the shelf inventory items, dimensions, weights and drawing.
For your PTFE compatible applications we offer LDi “FlexFlon”, which is PTFE that has been remelted and molded to provide flexibility without elastomeric backing.
Plastic + Elastomer gas bag please go to www.PulseGuard.com PipeGuard PLAS range price list of off the shelf inventory items, dimensions, weights and drawing on PVC or PolyPropylene units.
Below 40psi (approx. 3 BarG) the pressure used to drive a liquid of more than 50 cP into a halt, back out again from a "T" piece, and leave pulsation in the system.
If you want smooth flow below 40psi, or to be able to flush your system, then always use a FLOW-THROUGH two connection pulsation dampener.
Stainless + Elastomer gas bag please go to the PipeGuard SS/LP range price list of off the shelf inventory items, dimensions, weights and drawing.
The susceptibility to damage of plastics and the lower cost of our all stainless dampeners make PipeGuard the safer and better value choice.
Plastic or Stainless wetted + Elastomer FlexTube is for high viscosity, and food or beverage applications. Please go to the PumpGuard range price list at www.pulsation-dampers.co.uk, "parts to build" items, and drawing, or select by connection, opposite.
PumpGuard/PLAS in PVC or PP
All boltings are in “thread-certs” end faces to ANSI 150# or DIN PN10. Hydraulically (water) operated, double ended diaphragm pump up to 275psi or 19 Bar.
Dampeners that do, flow goes through, but pressure pulsation does not.
